A/Prof John McGuinness, FRACS is an internationally trained, highly respected and experienced surgeon dealing exclusively with conditions of the Ear Nose and Throat and Head and Neck for both adults and children.

A/Prof McGuinness has worked in some of the world’s leading specialist hospitals, including the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. He is currently the lead ENT Surgeon in the Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancer Clinic at Liverpool Public Hospital; the largest teaching hospital in Australia, where he has also established a ground breaking Multidisciplinary Voice and Airway Clinic, the first of its kind in New South Wales. He is also a Visiting Medical Officer at St George Public Hospital and The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse at RPA. He is a respected author and speaker and presents regularly at local, state and international meetings. He is among the first ENT surgeons in Australia to be accredited to perform Robotic Surgery of the head and neck. He is a pioneer and advocate for minimal access and endoscopic approaches to head and neck cancers.

We have rooms at Kogarah, and Gregory Hills. Operating is carried out at St George Private Hospital, Lifehouse and Campbelltown Private Hospital along with our new facilities at The George Centre.
