Practice Manager
Chantelle is our practice manager and is responsible for coordinating all of our day to day operations. She has extensive experience in all aspects of running a modern and innovative surgical practice. Hers is the first face you will see when you come to our practice.
Tiarna
Receptionist
Tiarna has worked for My ENT Specialist since 2019. She has over 4 years experience as a medical receptionist and thoroughly enjoys communicating with patients, making them feel welcome at the practice and alleviating any questions or concerns before, during and after a patient’s appointment.
Tiarna is our face behind the scenes. She answers most phone calls and patient emails as well as follows up on enquires and appointments. You may see her from time to time in our consultation rooms, if so, please feel free to say hello.
